
KSH Holdings bags $266.3m contract for Riverfront Residences
They will build nine apartment blocks, six shops, a landscape deck, and communal facilities.
KSH Holdings won the $263.3m contract to construct nine 17-storey apartment blocks at Riverfront Residences, an announcement revealed.
Owning 35% stake in the development, the firm announced its letter of intent for the construction of the project on November 2017 and has taken over site possession on 8 August.
According to the announcement, construction is eyed to start by November 2018, which will include the demolition of existing buildings on site. It is targeted for completion by February 2022.
KSH Holdings will take charge of the construction of nine blocks of 17- storey apartments and 21 units of strata landed houses that will comprise a total of 1,472 units. They will also build six shops with two basement carparks, a landscape deck, and communal facilities at the Hougang Avenue 7 site.
Launched in July, Riverfront Residences has already sold over 45% of its units in a month’s span.
The firm’s order book hit more than $577m as of the new construction contract won which will be progressively recognised until 2022.
