Loh will replace May Ng.
Pan-United Corporation has announced new board changes, with May Ng stepping down as CEO after 13 years.
Ken Loh, who joined the company as general manager in 1999, will succeed Ng.
Ng will still be part of the company as executive chairman of the board, succeeding Tay Siew Choon, who served as chairman for four years.
In addition, Chan Wan Hong has joined the board as an independent director, whilst Fong Yue Kwong has been redesignated from independent director to lead independent director.
All new appointments are effective from 15 July.
