
ST Electronics bagged deals worth $585m in Q3
It won contracts for rail, telco, and ICT projects.
Singapore Technologies Electronics (ST Electronics) was able to clinch $585m worth of contracts in Q3.
According to a press release, rail electronics and intelligent transportation contracts of about $125m were secured from both local and overseas customers. These projects will be completed progressively till 2024.
Meanwhile, contracts worth $101m were awarded by the government, telecom and enterprise users for the supply of broadband network, satellite network equipment and earth stations. These projects will be completed progressively over the next three years.
About $359m worth of Advanced Electronics and ICT contracts were also awarded to ST Electronics by public and private sector firms. Some of these included Integrated Security Management Systems, Tactical Vehicles with Communications Systems, Operations as well as Maintenance and Engineering Services. These projects will be completed progressively till 2022.
