The company will exist as an unlisted public limited company with all its shareholders.
Tee International will delist from the SGX-Mainboard on 16 February 2024 at 9:00 am following the rejection of its delisting appeal.
SGX rejected the company's appeal after the latter failed to provide substantive information on company operations, restructuring debts, and potential acquisition targets.
Tee International also failed to submit a resumption proposal on the deadline.
The company will continue to exist as an unlisted public limited company with all its existing shareholders after delisting.
