The Board of Guthrie GTS announced the retirement of Albert Hong Hin Kay as Non-executive Director.
He was Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee.
Dr Hong, 77, is retiring and resigning from the Guthrie Board for personal reasons, according to a Guthrie GTS report.
