Asia Enterprises Holding appoints Lim Lian Peng as group CFO

Part of his task is to communicate the group's financial performance and forecast to the Board and SGX.

The Board of Asia Enterprises Holding announced the appointment of Lim Lian Peng as group chief financial officer.

Mr Lim, 40, will be responsible to provide leadership and direction for all aspects of financial planning, internal control compliance, financial reporting matters for Asia Enterprises Holding Limited and its group of companies, according to an Asia Enterprises Holding report.

In the past, he held different post at Health Management International since August 2007, the last of which is group financial controller post from May 2012 until his resignation on March 2013. Prior to this he was financial controller - South East Asia region of AGI Logistics from August 2006 to July 2007 and group finance & HR manager of Dovechem Stolthaven Limited from 2003 to 2006.
