The Board of ASL Marine Holdings announced the resignation of Thillainathan s/o S Sivalingamoorthy as Group Legal Manager effective 19 October 2012.
Mr. Thillainathan, 62, was responsible for the legal, secretarial and insurance matters of the Group, according to an ASL Marine Holdings report.
