Ausgroup appoints Gerard Hutchinson as CFO

He replaced Michael Anthony Hardwick, who resigned but will stay with the Company to focus on managing the successful transfer of the Company's listing to the Australian Stock Exchange.

Ausgroup announced the appointment of Gerard Hutchinson as chief financial officer.

Mr Hutchinson, 45, is also a member of the Executive Management Team. He will also be responsible for the Finance and Administration systems of the Group.

He has 19 years experience in the contracting and engineering industry.

In 2013, he was executive general manager of Group Services and, in 2012, group manager, Corporate Development of AusGroup. Before this he was executive general manager of Finance Change Programme of Leighton Holdings in 2011.
