AVIC International Investments appoints Chen Xiaohong as Executive Director

She will be incharge of business development and project management role of the company.

The Board of Avic International Investments The nominating committee has recommended, and the Board has approved, the appointment of Ms Chen Xiaohong as an Executive Director based on her relevant experience in the shipbuilding business. The Board is of the view that she will contribute to the growth of the Company’s business and to the well-being of the Company.

Ms Chen, 43, will be responsible for business development and project management.

Ms Chen has been Assistant President & Managing Director of Shipbuilding Div. II of AVIC International Beijing Co., Ltd from April 2012 to present. She is also Managing Director of Shipbuilding Div. II of AVIC International Beijing Co., Ltd. since September 2009. Prior to these, she was Deputy Director of Shipbuilding Department of the same company from Oct 2005 to September 2009.
