Hai Leck Holdings announced the cessation of service of Choo Yoon Kow as group general manager.
Mr Choo, 58, was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the group's construction and maintenance businesses both locally and abroad.
He was appointed to the post on 24 May 2010.
