Civmec appoints Wil Cuperus as CFO
He will replace Giuseppe Carrabba who resigned topursue other career opportunities.
Civmec announced the appointment of Wil Cuperus as chief financial officer.
Mr Cuperus, 54, has been engaged by Civmec as a finance consultant since 1 July 2013. Management has assessed the working experience and qualifications of Mr Cuperus and deemed him relevant for the role.
He will be responsible for the finance and reporting function of the Group.
He has been a corporate consultant of ASX listed and SME private companies from 2009 to 2013. Before this, he was CFO and company secretary of IFS Construction Services (ASX) from 2008 to 2009 and CFO and company secretary of PCH Group (ASX) from 1997 to 2008.
