Enviro-Hub Holdings appoints Tan Lay Mai as CFO
She has 15 years of working experience in accounting, treasury and auditing.
Enviro-Hub Holdings announced the appointment of Tan Lay Mai as chief financial officer.
Ms Tan, 42, will be overall responsible for accounts, finance, tax matters, treasury management, corporate governance, compliance matters, reporting functions and investor relations. She also handles investments and acquisitions of the Group.
Ms Tan has 15 years of working experience in accounting, treasury and auditing. She was the Finance Manager and Financial Controller of the Group previously. Currently she holds various directorships in the subsidiaries.
