OEL Holdings announced the retirement of Goh Yeow Tin as independent non-executive director.
Mr Goh, 64, was also chairman of the Renumeration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, according to an OEL Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 September 2006.
