Guthrie GTS names Ronnie Wai Chee Leong as Director

He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a director and shareholder of a law firm.

The Board of Guthrie GTS announced the appointment of Ronnie Wai Chee Leong as Independent Director.

Mr Wai, 55, is also a Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Mr Ronnie Wai has been a practising lawyer since 1993. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a director and shareholder of the law firm, Dominion LLC. He holds directorships in private and public-listed companies.

He has been an independent director of a Catalist company, Rokko Holdings Limited since 2007. His private companies directorships include Benefiq Pte Ltd, Alain Glon Holding Asia Pte Ltd and Market Reach Management Pte Ltd. He is also a member of the Law Society’s Inquiry Panel. He graduated from the London School of Economics, University of London in 1990 with LLB (Hons) Second Class Upper Division, according to a Guthrie GTS report.
