Jasper Investments names Paul Carsten Pedersen as CEO

Following his assumption of that management role, the Nominating Committee has recommended that he should be appointed to be the executive member of the Board.

The Board of Jasper Investments announced the appointment of Paul Carsten Pedersen as chief executive officer and executive director.

Mr Pedersen, 58, was appointed chief executive officer ("CEO") of the Company in January 2013.

As CEO and executive director, he will oversee the day-to-day running of theJasper Investments group of companies. In 2012 he was head of commercial in the Offshore Business Unit of Fincantieri Group. Before this, he was acting CEO of Ocean Rig UDW in 2011 and senior vice president and CEO of Maersk FPSO and Maersk LNG from 2009 to 2010.
