JES International announced the appointment of Wu Wei as vice chief executive officer.
Mr Wu, 41, will assist the CEO in executing the decisions made by the board; organising and coordinating the daily operation of internal departments and subsidiaries; monitoring, reviewing and employing subordinates; making annual plans for operation and budgets, among other tasks.
He was president of Guangzhou LHY Company from July 2008 to April 2015 and vice president of Foshan Chaoqun Company from July 2004 to June 2008, according to a JES International report.
