Jessie Koh Lay Choo joins XMH Holdings as finance director

She is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and also a fellow member of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.

XMH Holdings announced the appointment of Jessie Koh Lay Choo as finance director.

Ms Koh, 43, will assist Chairman & CEO in all corporate finance matters including supporting the management in M&A activities. She is also responsible to assist in the integration of these newly acquired subsidiaries into XMH Group and overseeing their financial and treasury activities.

She was CFO of Union Steel Holdings from January 2013 to February 2014, associate director, Corporate Advisory Services of Baker Tilly Consultancy from April 2012 to November 2012 and (associate director, Business Advisory of Stone Forest Corporate Advisory from November 2003 to March 2012, according to an XMH Holdings report.
