Jubilee Industries Holdings appoints two directors

Toh Soon Huat and Ong Kang Lin have been absorbed by the board in non-executive capacity.

The Board of Jubilee Industries Holdings announced the appointment of Toh Soon Huat and Ong Kang Lin as non-executive directors.

Mr Toh, 53, is currently executive chairman of Novena Foundation since 2007. Prior to this he was the chief executive officer of Novena Holdings Limited from 2001 to 2007, according to a Jubilee Industries Holdings report.

Meanwhile, Mr Ong, 35, is currently adjunct finance lecturer - Marketing Institute of Singapore since January 2013. He is also director for Strategic Development of SingHaiyi Group since Jul 2012. Prior to these he was private wealth manager of China International Capital Corporation (CICC) from May 2011 to Jun 2012.
