Keppel REIT names Johnnie Tng Chin Hwee as CFO

He brings with him 22 years of experience in finance and investment.

Keppel REIT Management Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Johnnie Tng Chin Hwee as its Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 February 2013.

Mr Tng, 45, has more than 22 years' experience in corporate finance and private equity investment where he has held various senior finance roles. He started his career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore before joining SBC Warburg and Nomura thereafter. Prior to joining Keppel REITManagement, he was the CFO of the Trustee-Manager for Ascendas India Trust, the first India-focused property trust listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

He was also Vice President-Corporate Finance at RGM International, a resource-based conglomerate, where he oversaw a number of global mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring and cross-borders financing deals.
