The Board of Chinese Global Investors Group announced the resignation of Kim Leng Choon as executive director effective 31 March 2013.
Mr Kim, 52, will continue to serve the Group as the general manager of the Group's waterproofing operations in China.
He was appointed to the post 16 December 2002.
