JEP Holdings announced the resignation of Koh How Thim as executive director effective 26 January 2015.
Mr Koh, 56, oversees the management of the finance and accounting operations, risk and control management, and corporate affairs of the group.
He was appointed to the post on 14 December 2009, according to a JEP Holdings report.
