UE E&C announced the resignation of Kwan Chiew Choi as independent director.
Mr Kwan, 64, was also the chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Audit & Risk Committees.
He was appointed to the post 22 December 2010, according to a UE E&C report.
