Libra Group announced the resignation of Lam Kee Shing as principal project manager of Kin Xin Engineering.
Mr Lam, 41, was responsible for project management, project planning, project budgeting and costing for Kin Xin Engineering.
He was appointed to the post 1 July 2013, according to a Libra Group report.
