Ley Choon Group Holdings names Dr Low Boon Hwee as executive director

He has been Ley Choon Group Holdings group technical director since 2012.

Ley Choon Group Holdings announced the appointment of Dr Low Boon Hwee as executive director.

Mr Low, 48, will be responsible for the Group's technology development, R&D and technical activities in the field of asphalt technology, pavement engineering, construction waste recycling and recommending business opportunities and strategies in line with the Group visions. He is also responsible for the product development, quality control management, plant production and operation, involvement in professional organisation and keeps abreast of the latest technology, according to a Ley Choon Group Holdings report.

Dr Low has been Ley Choon Group Holdings group technical director since 2012. He was the National Technical Manager of Highway International Pte Ltd from 2009 to 2012. From 2000 to 2009, he was the National Technical Manager (Singapore & Malaysia) of Hanson Building Materials (S) Pte Ltd where his main responsibility was to spearhead the technical department and R&D activities for asphalt, ready mix concrete and quarry businesses. From 1993 to 2000, Dr Low was the Technical Manager of Eng Seng Construction Pte Ltd where his main responsibility was to manage road projects and to spearhead the technical department.
