Li Ying resigns as AVIC International Maritime Holdings financial controller
Li intended to pursue other career opportunities.
AVIC International Maritime Holdings announced the resignation of Li Ying as financial controller.
Li, 38, was tasked to oversee the internal control functions of the Group.
Involving in the finance, accounting and M&A functions of the Group including management, statutory and SGX-ST reporting, circulars, annual report as well as banking and audit/tax related matters. Li was also the one dealing with Groups administrative matters and assisting management in Companys daily operations; in-charge of public relationship of the Group such as announcement of press release; interview of analysts, media and institution investors, and organizing Companys networking events; assisting to lead the Company's marketing activities in Singapore; supervising and providing mentorship and training to finance staff as well as organizing management training, according to an AVIC International Maritime Holdings report.
Li was appointed to the post 26 July 2011.
