Lilian Tan Yin Yen joins Koon Holdings as CFO

The Board believes that she would strengthen the senior management team of the Group based from her track record and work experience.

Koon Holdings announced the appointment of Lilian Tan Yin Yen as chief financial officer.

Ms Tan, 51, will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Group and matters relating to debt and capital market activities, investor relations, human resource, statutory and regulatory compliance within the Group, according to a Koon Holdings report.

In the past, she was CFO of ecoWise Holdings from December 2011 to November 2013, group financial controller of ASL Marine Holdings from July 2006 to December 2011 and group financial controller of SP corp from April 2002 to June 2006.
