Lim Chen Wei resigns as Albedo Limited's Chief Financial Officer

The Company's Senior Finance Manager and Accountant will collectively oversee the finance function vacated by Mr Lim.

The Board of Albedo Group announced the resignation of Lim Chen Wei as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other career opportunities.

Mr Lim, 38, was responsible for the Group's financial and accounting functions, treasury, taxation and other corporate compliance matters.

The Company is in the midst of identifying a suitable qualified candidate to replace the role of Mr Lim Chen Wei. During the interim, Mr Ferris Chan Tze Ming, the Company's Senior Finance Manager and Ms Karisse Cheong, the Company's Accountant will collectively oversee the finance function of the Group, according to an Albedo Group report.

Mr Lim was appointed 30 June 2010.
