Lum Chang Holdings appoints Daniel Soh Chung Hian as Director
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
The Board of Lum Chang Holdings announced the appointment of Daniel Soh Chung Hian as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Soh, 58, is a fellow member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and also a member of The Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. Throughout his career in as Partner in Ernst & Young LLP, he was involved in the audits of many publicly listed companies, including real estate industry companies. He will become the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as well as a member of the Nominating Committee, according to a Lum Chang Holdings report.
