Metax Biorefinery appoints Fong Kim Seng as CEO

His several years of experience in the construction and waste water management industries will be valuable for Metax Engineering's subsidiary.

Metax Biorefinery, a subsidiary of Metax Engineering, appointed Fong Kim Seng as chief executive officer.

As Mr Fong, 51, has also been working at senior management level for several years, the Board of Directors are confident that he will be in a good position to spearhead the strategic direction of the Company and running its day-to-day operations.

Other than being in charge of the strategic direction of Metax Biorefinery Pte. Ltd., Mr Fong will also be responsible for its day-to-day operations, according to a Metax Engineering report.

In the past, he was executive director of Tactic Engineering from May 2012 to March 2013. Prior to this he was managing director of Tactic Engineering from June 1996 to May 2012 and director of Batulim Construction from February 1995 to October 2004.
