Moya Asia names Daniel Oh Chee Sien as director

He has been the company's CFO since April 2009 before his appointment.

The Board of Moya Asia announced the appointment of Oh Chee Sien as non-executive independent director.

Mr Oh, 37 is also an Audit Committee member.

Before being the company's chief financial officer, he was financial Controller of the Company from September 2007 to April 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Oh held the position of manager, finance in Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (August 2006 to September 2007); manager, finance policy and planning in Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports (July 2003 to July 2006); senior finance executive in Advantier Technologies (October 2002 to June 2003). Upon graduation, Mr Oh was trained as an auditor (Assurance) at KPMG from September 2000 to September 2002, according to a Moya Asia report.

He is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
