The Board of MTQ Corporation announced the resignation of Ian Wayne Spence.
Mr Spence, 69, tendered his resignation as an Independent Director after serving on the Board for 10 years to allow progressive refreshing of the Board pursuant to the 2012 Code of Corporate Governance, according to a MTQ report.
Mr. Spence, was appointed to the post 15 January 2002.
