The Board of Mun Siong Engineering announced the resignation of Tan Chee Meng as Director.
Tan, 55, was also Chairman of Remuneration Committee and member of Audit and Nominating Committee, according to a Mun Siong Engineering report.
Tan was appointed 11 October 2010.
