Nico Steel Holdings appoints Xue Jing as director

He will also be chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Nico Steel Holdings announced the appointment of Xue Jing as independent director.

Mr Xue, 40, will also be chairman of the Remuneration Committee, chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

He is currently managing director, deputy general manager of Institutional Business Division of Guo Tai Jun An Futures, Beijing since September 2012. Before this, he was director of investment of Shanghai Rich Capital Management from October 2011 to September 2012 and senior research analyst at BNY-Mellon Fund Management, Shanghai from May 2009 to October 2011.
