Mr. Ong, 58, was appointed director on June 1, 2014. He was also a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee. He will continue to do his job as CEO of Keppel Infrastructure Holdings.
Mr. Tay, 47, was appointed director on May 1, 2015. He will continue to be executive director for Business Development of Keppel Infrastructure Holdings.
According to a release, they have to step down because of the increased activities within the Group.
