PSL Holdings names Foo Kah Lee as Executive Director and COO

He will be responsible for operations management, business units and development of new businesses.

The Board of PSL Holdings announced the appointment of Foo Kah Lee as Executive Director aapart from being a Chief Operating Officer.

Mr Foo, 43, will be primarily responsible for operations management, business units and development of new businesses, marshalling resources to most productive use and create maximum value for the shareholders, according to a PSL Holdings report.

He has been a Chief Operating Officer of PSL Holdings since 2011. Before this he was Deputy Director of RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd from 2008 to 2011 and Head of Corporate Planning of Food Empire Holdings Limited from 2002 to 2008.
