He opted to step down as director at the age of 71.
The Board of Rotary Engineering announced the retirement of Quek Wee Hong as non-executive director.
Mr Quek, 71, has been chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Rotary Engineering report.
He was appointed to the post 1 July 1995.
