Richard Lai Tak Loi quits as TEE International group CFO

His vacated post will be will be covered by Nelson Wong Yuan Haw, who was re-designated to group financial controller in view of his resignation.

TEE International announced the resignation of Richard Lai Tak Loi as group chief financial officer effective 15 January 2015.

Mr Lai, 44, was responsible for overall responsibilities include the group's financial matters including financial reporting; corporate finance and treasury; tax; investor relations and corporate communications; and legal and corporate secretarial, according to a TEE International report.

He was appointed to the post on 1 January 2014.
