Mr Chua, 48, was APAC manager, Base Oil unit for Neste Oil Singapore from 2011 to 2013, business director for TAT Petroleum from 2004 to 2010 and area manager for ExxonMobil Chemical from 1999 to 2003, according to a See Hup Seng report.
