STATS ChipPAC appoints Gary Windle Tanner as Director
The company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee sees his experience as essential.
The Board of STATS ChipPAC announced the appointment of Gary Windle Tanner as Director upon the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee which had reviewed Mr Tanner's qualification and experience, according to a STATS ChipPAC report.
Mr Tanner, 60, was Chief Executive Officer and President of Zarlink Semiconductor from May 2011 to October 2011. Prior to this he was Chief Operations Officer of Zarlink Semiconductor from November 2009 to May 2011 and Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations, Zarlink Semiconductor, Inc from August 2007 to November 2009.
