STX OSV Holdings appoints Giuseppe Bono as chairman

Fabrizio Palermo and Pier Francesco Ragni has also been named as non-executive directors.

The Board of STX OSV Holdings announced the appointment of Giuseppe Bono as chairman of the board.

Mr Bono, 68, was CEO and director of Fincantieri S.p.A.

Meanwhile the company also appointed Fabrizio Palermo and Pier Francesco Ragni as non-executive directors.

Mr Palermo, 42, is currently deputy general manager and chief financial officer at Fincantieri S.p.A. since 2005. Before this he was strategic consultant at McKinsey & Co., according to an STX OSV Holdings report.

Mr Ragni, 41, was deputy chief financial officer and head of business development at Fincantieri S.p.A. from 2005 to 2013. Before this he was investment banker at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A.
