Swee Hong announced the retirement of Yeo Wee Kiong as lead independent director.
Mr Yeo, 58, was also the chairman of Nominating Committee and chairman of Remuneration Committee.
He was appointed to the post 27 March 2012, according to a Swee Hong report.
