TEE International promotes Richard Lai Tak Loi to group CFO

He was group director of finance before his appointment.

TEE International announced the appointment of Richard Lai Tak Loi as group chief financial officer effective 1 January 2014.

Mr Lai, 43, will be responsible for all the Groups financial matters including financial reporting; corporate finance and treasury; tax; investor relations & corporate communications; and legal and corporate secretarial, according to a TEE International report.

He is group director of finance at TEE International from August 2013 until his appointment. Before this, he was CEO and executive director (from May 2010 to August 2012), deputy CEO (from June 2007 to April 2010) and CFO (from February 2005 to April 2010) of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management.
