Two C&G Environmental Protection Holdings directors retire
Oh Choon Gan and Chan Wai Meng retired by rotation pursuant to the Company's Bye-law 86.
The Board of C&G Environmental Protection Holdings announced the retirement of Oh Choon Gan and Chan Wai Meng as non-executive independent directors.
Mr Oh, 50, was also chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
He was appointed to the post 7 August 2010, according to a C&G Environmental Protection Holdings report.
Meanwhile, Mr Chan, 59, was chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.
He was appointed to the post 2 November 2004.
