Two directors part ways with Trek 2000 International

Cheah Kim Teck stepped down after 12 years of serving the Board while Tay Eng Hoe resigned because of his additional work commitments.

The Board of Trek 2000 International announced the resignation of Cheah Kim Teck and Tay Eng Hoe as non-executive directors.

Mr Cheah, 61, has been on the Board of Trek 2000 Ltd since 2001.

Having served more than 12 years, he is resigning as part of good governance and the board rejuvenation process.

He was appointed to the post 22 March 2001, according to a Trek 2000 International report.

On the other hand, Mr Tay, 61, was a member of Audit Committee. He was appointed to the post 25 November 2010.
