Mr. Yang, 38, had been assisting the chief financial officer of the company in overseeing all aspects of financial and accounting matters of the company since 23 March 2012 and he has more than ten years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

He was financial controller for Asia Environment from July 2011 to January 2012.He was head of Finance for Sajauna Emas Sdn Bhd from February 2011 to May 2011. He was financial controller for Vallianz Holdings from March 2010 to January 2011. He was audit manager for Baker Tilly TFWLCL from March 2005 to January 2010. He was audit senior fo Bob Eng & Partners from April 2001 to February 2005.
