Yangzijiang Shipbuilding appoints Ren Letian as Assistant to General Manager

Mr Ren will assist in marketing and procurement of materials for the Group.

The Board of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding annunced the appointment of Ren Letian as Assistant to General Manager of the Group. The Board has reviewed Mr. Ren's qualification and working experience and is satisfied that his extensive experience and valuable expertise shall be of immerse value to the Group.

Mr. Ren, 30, assists Deputy General Manager in marketing and procurement of materials for the Group, according to a Yangzijiang Shipbuilding report.

He was the Genreal Manager of Jiangsu Yangzi Changbo Shipbuilding Co. Ltd from March 2011 to February 2012. He ws also the Chairman of the Board of Jingjiang Runyuan Rural Microfinance Co. Ltd from June 2010 to January 2011.
