Yap Lee Ann resigns as XMH Holdings financial controller

He intended to pursue other career opportunities.

XMH Holdings announced the resignation of Yap Lee Ann as financial controller.

Mr Yap, 49, was responsible for overseeing the finance, export and IT departments of the Group. He is also responsible for the full spectrum of the finance and accounting functions, including budgeting and ensures compliance of statutory audit and tax requirements.

He was appointed to the post on 29 October 2010, according to an XMH Holdings report.
