YHM Group names Lim Boon Guan as Director
He will also be a Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.
The Board of YHM Group announced the appointment of Lim Boon Gian as Director. The Nominating Committee of the Company has reviewed the qualification, experience of Mr Lim and has recommended his appointment to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board is of the opinion that he is experienced, both domestically and overseas, and will be able to offer diversity of views and stability.
Aside from being a Non-Executive Director, Mr Lim, 54, will also be a Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee, accoridng to a YHM Group report.
