YHM Group names Yak Thian Huat as CFO

YHM Group announced the appointment of Yak Thian Huat as chief financial officer and joint company secretary.

Mr Yak, 42, will be responsible for the YHM Group finance functions which includes accounting, internal controls, financial and management reporting, investment, tax, treasury, financial analysis, M&A support, risk management and investor relations as well as corporate secretarial matters.

Previously, he was CFO of China Sunsine Chemical Holdings from December 2009 to September 2013, financial controller of KS Energy Services from April 2007 to November 2009, and finance manager of Titan Oil from October 2006 to March 2007, according to a YHM Group report.
