SingHaiyi sold 30%, or 23, of One Sophia's 79 units during the weekend launch, generating $102.5m in sales.
Units sold ranged from 720 to 4,530 square feet, with an average price of $3,330 per square foot.
One Sophia is a mixed-use project comprising a 13-storey commercial tower with 122 strata-titled office units and 127 retail units.
Meanwhile, The Collective, the project's 367-unit residential component, will be ready for preview soon.
